  • Dan you are on my prayer list your posts on here are the first ones I look for. You always give good advice, and I am praying for you to get back to good health.

We all want to see you back on here with all your stories. You also do such fine work on your projects. I have always thought it would be nice to meet you. but I live in Pa. in the town where the first Jeep was built, Butler, Pa. 30 miles north of Pittsburgh.

  • Thank you for the prayers, can never get to many of them. I don't give good advice all the time but I try real hard.

I'm getting better slow but sure. Building model cars to keep myself busy until I'm strong enough to make it to the shop again.

  • I'm sorry to hear Maude has to find a new home. One of my Grandmother's name was Maude. If I lived closer, needed another Ford and had room inside for her, I sure would check her out. Your posts have always been interesting. Get well soon! We miss you.

  • Also....
  • Forgot to mention she has cast iron rear wheel weights. I think 450lbs total. And a custom hitch for the tractor pulls.

  • Health issues are not good to hear about Dan (as I too have dealt with a serious one since back in January), so whatever issue it is, I wish you the best and hopefully also, a quick and full recovery. This house will be praying for that to happen brother! Sorry your selling Maude, but take care and follow doctor's orders as they tell you - please keep us posted on your situation as I know all here must be concerned as I am.
