  • Folks, the barn has turned orange and I'm selling my 1955 860. It's a good one (not perfect) but I'm busy and I don't need tire kickers. SERIOUS inquiries may email for photos and a Word document of work performed on the tractor.

Below is a modified version of a CL ad that I posted today.

1955 Ford 860. 52062. 3314 hours on original working tach. Five speed. Live PTO and hydraulics. Dual remote hydraulic outlets (yes, two levers and four couplings). Heavy rear pie weights. Heavy front wheel weights. Very good 6 ply tires on new 12 rims. Never any CaCl. Completely rebuilt hydraulic lift assembly. Completely rebuilt front axle and axle support assembly. Completely rebuilt Rest-O-Ride seat. New brakes and seals. Good paint and decals. Everything works. Needs nothing. $5,500 firm.

  • I'm in Southern Wisconsin. Google maps says about 7 hours from me to Cincinnati. Right now I can't do a trip like that. Maybe in the future. I am keeping an eye out for a 660 or 860 if one comes up close to me. Thank you much. RJM

  • Glad Im not a bit closer. Its one of the best that I had in my stable. Im orange too, but I buy it without quibling if I was a tad closer. Of course you probably deliver? I sold mine for $6500 with a blade and Im sure it wasnt as dependable as yours would be.
