  • Hi Del,

I am interest in your tractor. It looks like it might be a good fit for my use to haul logs out of the woods at my family summer home.
I chose the the club sight as a means of purchase because looking on e-bay gave me anxiety regarding a purchase giving me future headaches. Nothing better going to a place where enjoy hobby/interest and transparency.

Could you please tell a little about the tractor for for I don't know much about them and would like to learn more.

    Thanks,
    Larry

  • Thanks Lynn, starting to thin the herd from 6 down to 3. Stop by if you get over this way.

  • I understand the THEORY of thinning the herd, as I recently thinned mine from 8 to 6, but then this 1945 2N 6 Cyl Funk came along.........

  • Nice job, Del !!!

While some may balk at your price, the quality, performance, and versatility of these tractors far exceeds that of a new garden tractor selling for $3000 to $5000.

  • Thanks Bruce, here is a little more info on the 9N.
As close to original as I could get it. Has Sherman step-up aux. transmission. 32 inch hat rims and tires. Tires front and rear are very good. Sheet metal is excellent and has been professionally painted. 40# of oil pressure and no smoke. Hydraulics work as it should. Original '41' grill. Tractor also has the under the hood cyclone pre-cleaner and the rare Montgomery Ward front bumper.
