  • one-arm front loader
  • I just purchased a 8N with a one-armed loader. Still nosed into a shed so I did not get a good look at it but the price was right so I grabbed it. I know these are unique but do they work very well. The bucket is shallow with manure forks and a trip bucket, all looks complete.

  • Did you ever get the 8n with the loader?

  • While your in the shed removing the tractor if you see one of these footstands make sure you snag it. When you take the loader off they come in handy.

  • Also good for moving other things.
Depending on your set up You will likely have to open a valve and chain down the 3pt arms to operate. Post or email me some photos when you get it. I would like to see what style brackets you have.
Ill be mounting one on an 8n this summer.
Any questions about them just ask.

  • They work ok if you have the right amount of counter weight and wheel spacing. they are pretty well balanced. Here's a shot of my row crop with a trip bucket. this was a manure bucket with some sides welded to it. They made a material bucket but the 4 one arm loaders I have all have Manure buckets on them. there is a dirt pan that went under the forks.

  • May have an owner's manual here in our Manuals / Implements / Loaders library, Stan.

  • Are the one-arm loaders all the same? (presuming the brackets were different from application to application)

I gave $250 for one years ago. Somebody penned in "Ford 801" in indelible pencil like they use at junkyards. Never have tried fitting it to my 851.

The $250 included all the brackets. Some say the brackets are worth $248, and the loader $2!

  • There were a couple different models of them. We have some manuals for the 711 model here in our Manuals / Implements / Loaders library. We have some members here who have them and seem to really like them.

  • Thanks Ed! Lots of good stuff in there. Based on that documentation I do indeed have a complete set of Hundred series brackets.
