These scans are off a cheap photocopy manual I bought on fleabay thinking I was getting the real thing. Oh well...at least I didn't pay much for it. The copy quality is actually pretty good. Hopefully it will be good enough to help someone here. I also now have the manual in pdf format on my hard drive. If you want a pdf copy emailed to you, just send me an email.
