  • You'd think it might go for more, and they occasionally do, to the right buyer. Problem is, when you get just a few hundred higher than $3000 there are a bunch of tractors to choose from with more horsepower, and many more factory improvements built-in. Advertise it high and see what you can get.

  • You will realize more if you price and sell everything separately.

I certainly would not include anything with the real estate.

  • They always say the price is what the market will bare. Look on you local Craigslist and other various place on the net. In Northern Indiana you tractor would go between $2000 and $3000. You just never know. I always list something a little high so I can come down and the people who buy feel they got a deal. List it $500 more than what you want or feel it's worth and then you can come down a little. Good luck selling it. With the working loader and blade it will be worth $500-$1000 more than the tractor alone.

  • Here in southern Wi. Just the tractor would be 2000.00 to 2500.00 I think if you were here you would be short changing your self. Doug

  • With everything you listed I would think I would say more, but it really depends on what they bring in your area. I see fairly good looking 8n around here that are asking 2500 for just the tractor.
    Good luck
