  • Had a nice turn out of fords (27) this past weekend at our show. Joel and his Dad Paul bought their two aluminum hood '39 9n's #90 & #91 along with an old wartime 2N. Here are some photos.

  • Very cool! Every one of those Ford's look like they are ready to go to work. My standard answer to folks at shows where not many Ford Tractors are is, "...that's because they are all out in the fields working..." It is also why I take an implement hitched up too so folks can see what these old iron horses did and why. At the last show two weeks ago I spent more time talking to people about my Dearborn Cultivator than my 8N tractor. How fortunate to own both the #90 and #91 early 9N's. From what I can see the only thing missing is the 32" closed center 45 bar rear tires. I sure wish someone would repop those puppies...

  • Implements are a good topic for conversation at a show. I had a 1940 ferguson one bottom and a later 2 bottom. I did forget get to mention that Joel had a ferguson transportation box on the back of #90 that they just finished. It looked like it was brand new.
