  • Too many (3) Zeroes '57 640 9N 8N
  • Must be gold plated at that price otherwise he needs to move the decimal point three places to the left and cut price by $500...ad says new wiring... looks like a rats nest to me...many other issues too...and I have no connection whatsoever to the seller...

    Good deal on the shipping.

  • One Piece At A Time
  • Auction has ended early -perhaps the seller has seen this post? Here's the late, great Johnny Cash and his hit, "One Piece At A Time" ...

  • Surely he erred in the price. What gets me is how people sell things and don't know what it is they are selling. It say 57 640 9N 8N. Well it can't be all of them. What is it you are selling Dude?

  • Once belonged to Johnny Cash.
And you didnn't jump om that one??
It even has power steering.. Which they failed to mention.
A non runner for 15k, dream on. Looked like a decent tractor till someone butchered the wiring.

  • Good point.
I guess that is why they forgot to mension it.
Probably does not work too good that way.
My first guestion to seller would be how much did you pay for it??
And does you price include having someone competent finish the rebuild???
1500 would be a bit much. 150 would be a pretty safe bet...

  • The back half of a 9n/2n/8n with bolt right up to the jub tranny. Gasket will cover trans knoch out. Some of the ones I've seen were done with 8n rears so you wouldn't notice it as much. Throw a blank plate over the Jub pump and use the 8n pump. Sure you loose the live hydraulics but you get a running working tractor. Not sure how he has the hydraulic pump hooked in. Possibly use the jub rear and bolted trumpet/axles on. Would have to have a closer inspection. 8n are more compatible with the brake pedals.

  • My first thought: WTH? I'd like to see other pictures of that one from the rear.

  • I have to really think hard about this. Is it possible to mate a Jubilee and 9/2 N? I know the trumpets/rear end are different on the Jubilee. What about the center housing an hydraulics? I'm getting a head ache thinking of everything wrong with that listing.
