  • This message is intended for Tim Daley. Hopefully I'm doing this right. I saw your post about the 706 scoop, but the image host isn't working. I was wondering if you'd be willing to email it to me please?

  • That stinks on PhotoBucket. That was a lot of lost work. Scanning manuals is a tedious process. I wonder if you could post a message to the membership who would have downloaded your work to upload it again? Perhaps initially to a Google Drive or similar so you can go through it and them move to IMGUR if you like. I'd burn it to DVD when you get a good collection going. The host might do it again or decide it's copyright. Anyway thanks for getting it to me. I picked up my 706 for $50 at an estate sale. Pretty good deal. It's got some surface rust, but it's all there. I know that because some guys sent got me a manual. The dump handle is bent, but I will replace. I plan to clean it up with a wire brush, Oshpo, and paint it be fore putting it back to work.

  • FORD 719 REAR SCOOP

  • HiYa Tyman-
I found my original hard copy late last night while watching the hockey game, then scanned it this morning. When I came to the NTC site to re-post it, I then saw your post on resurrecting my old post ľkudos to you, brother! I did also find a two-page brochure on the Ford 719 scoop. Dated 1961 and made for the Ford 6000 Commander or any Category II 3pt linkage. I also submitted it to the MANUALS forum. Here it is:

FORD TRACTOR REAR SCOOP MODEL 719, PAGE 1:

  • Tim,

These images are tiny and when you put them into PDF format, they get blurry. No need to post a PDF that you can't read the writing. Email me larger versions of the images.

  • Uploaded to manuals section. Ed had already posted a similar ad brochure for that model scoop. They were different versions so I combine his and your for a 4 page ad.

  • Yep, about ten months ago, in June, 2017, the web photo hosting service called PhotoBucket declared they were no longer going to provide 3rd Party Sharing of stored photos for free and that if you wanted to continue that service, it would now cost you $500 per year to do so. Many elected to not use them again, or pay that ridiculous fee and so have subscribed to other services like IMGUR. This why you will see that generic icon "IS THIS YOUR PHOTO" with upgrade your account message on many manuals and photos that were once posted here not only by me but others too who used PB but no longer do either. I assume they lost a lot business, an really only created enemies with their former customers. PB use to offer a service whereby you could download your entre album but after the first few months of making their policy change, they realized many were grabbing all their stored photos and moving elsewhere. Months of complaints by me and others to their 'tech support' only resulted in the reply that the issue was being looked at. Well, last week I went there after more months of not trying anymore and lo and behold they eliminated the download feature altogether. One can still download their photos but you need to do it one at a time -something they know folk won't have the patience to do. Now, all that being said, there's no way I can go back and rescan all the manuals and post them and photos back up here. I will dig out that 706 Rev Scoop manual and scan it for you and get back when I do. It can't have that many pages anyway so shouldn't take long. Hope this helps answer your questions and will get you a copy of the manual once I redo it. Give me a few days -I'm still trying to find my Sherman info/manuals.
