  • Steel wheels
  • Got my Mud paddles steel wheels mounted on my '39 9n just in time for the show. Even with 32' tires they still hit the ground. like riding on regular steel wheel on the gravel drive and road(rough ride) but smooth sailing in the dirt.

  • Pretty cool.
Strap on a couple of pontoons and you would have a paddle boat...

  • Nice looking work and very innovative. Never got back to you on my paddles because it took me over a month to find the dern things. They went missing, could not figure out what happened to them. Finally I was talking to an antique dealer that I sell to and asked. Yes, he had them and he had thought they were part of a deal we made so he loaded them up and went up to KY. He wanted to pay but I opted for a trade for something I Needed, a win-win deal for both. At any rate mine when mounted beside 10x28 tires cleared the ground by approximately 3". Sorry I didn't reply but at least your question started me looking for them.

  • Thanks Kirk for the photos. Interesting. I have never seen a set. A special purpose addition for mud you say. David

  • I could use those to pull a six foot disc. Sometimes when the soil is really loose the tires spin and the disc act like an anchor.

  • 3 point hitch disc? Just lift slightly and traction is added to rear tires. Reset to depth. Maybe you are just trying to run too deep? Just a rookie talking, 65 years on my 8N.

  • Excellant! Just curious. Did you have to install longer lug bolts on the hubs to be able to mount the mud paddles?
Have a great week-end and share some pictures, please.

  • No john just took out the washers and butted up the 28" center disc to the 32" center disc.
