  • Bush Hog bought Freeman and I'm pretty sure you can download a repair parts book from their website and hopefully still get parts from them.

  • You can likely have a new cap made. Bush Hog parts manual says replacement cylinder is 52066 and must be replaced in pairs. Might be time for a couple new generic cylinders:

    Cylinder bore: 2-1/4"
    Retracted length: 39-5/16"
    Stroke : 23-1/4"

An example of what to look for

  • Thanks, I'll give it a try. I found an old post on here that said the seal kits I need is 36022244 and the piece I need that is cracked is technically called a gland cap---I may have try and find one used----anyone have some old cylinders junked out?
