  • Now is the time to take care of "the pin" on my 860. In order to get in there I had to remove my external hydraulics control valve.

That valve has 9 O rings under it. As I recall these are available as a set but I am wondering if anyone knows the sizes so I can possible get them faster locally?

    Thank you,

    Jack

  • The TISCO lift cover set includes all O rings needed but you will need to size them up upon reassembly because they also include O rings that are not needed. No kit from CNH but all O rings are available separately.

Can't remember with certainty anymore but I believe that there are 2 square cut O rings (not in TISCO set) used, If so, I recommend that you order these from CNH.

  • Kit in hand.

Contains 12 O rings to replace 9. Includes the 2 Square Cut rings. Manufactured by A&I Products.

  • Thanks Dean,

Pulled the O rings out and headed to town today to see if I could match them. No luck but then visited a local after-market ag supplier. They were able to order the Ford set, P/N DHPN485A, and I will have them Friday. $7.81 plus $1.75 for shipment. Hard to beat that!

When I needed teeth for my old Dearborn rake they were able to supply them off of the shelf.

I almost never recommend anyone for any think but theses people should be kept in mind.

T.H.E. Company in Mt. Pleasant, Iowa They also do considerable internet business.
