  • Kosch steering aid 2N Ford
  • I have a 2N Ford with ARPS tracks on it. It was parked for the winter in our barn. We had record heavy snow and the roof collapsed on the Kosch steering aid on my tractor and bent it. Does anyone know where I can get this repaired or where there is one I can purchase?

  • That steering aid can be easily fabricated from the new metal, Unobtanium.
    Problem being finding some. . . .

  • Bruce, do you live in Oregon? We live east of Eugene.

  • I am 18.25 miles northwest of downtown Portland, about 9 miles due north of the Hillsboro airport.
Eugene is supposed to have the biggest hospital on the west coast, last I heard. Rumor is the large hospital is needed to take care of the crazies in Eugene/Springfield. That's OK. Portland is still weird. That slogan has not changed.
That Kosch unit was out of production long ago. Good luck in your search.

  • The crazies from Portland and Eugene have gone to Salem until June. Outlawing old stuff. Old tractors may be next!
