  • FWIW -I went to get a radiator repaired last year and had a hard time finding a shop. My usual places were no longer in business. I ended up 40 miles away at a guy who did repairs in his barn from his home. The alternative was to drive 60-75 miles south to the Detroit area for a shop and then no telling if they would know Ford tractor stuff though a radiator is a radiator; it's pretty straight forward but ya never know.

  • Looks worked on in several places....pretty rough. I have a better looking one that has core clogged. That is hot alternator peeking out on left of picture.

  • Probably, but there is no way to know, from the available information.

Decent OEM radiators are becoming difficult to find. That one looks better than most and includes the shroud.

That said, not all OEM radiators can be cost effectively repaired.

  • The shroud on mine is almost completely rotted away. Since I believe these are made of mostly copper, if I could get it cheap enough, I could always sell it for scrap...

  • Getting close. We are planning on 1 month from now. We work at the same place and are going to notify our bosses next Friday and then leave on the same day. Still would like to see your tractor after that.
