Welcome to the N-History Forum
Welcome to the N-History Forum. This forum has been created to provide a collaboration forum for those who are interested in researching and documenting the history of the N-tractors. In this forum, we will post information and facilitate communication and collaboration to attempt to document the changes/enhancements made to the N models. This information will ultimately be compiled into a document that will assist those who are interested in the detailed history of these marvelous little tractors, and/or those interested in doing correct restorations of their particular model(s).
As information is compiled, we will start drafting a document. Drafts will be posted here for review, comment and editing. We understand that this can be controversial at times, and that even publications from experts in this area of interest and even Ford/Dearborn can contain conflicting information. We ask that everyone keep this in mind as we work to resolve the mysteries and conflicts, and keep disagreements civil at all times, and always supported by factual information. The goal is to create a document that can be used by all who are intersted in these tractors. If we cannot resolve conflicting information, we would suggest that all versions of a topic be documented, with commentary that the reader will have to choose which version they prefer. Hey guys: This is a great idea & undertaking. Hope I can contribute in some small way. Man, while most folks are still talking plans you guys have the show on the road! I'm always gleening stuff from re-reading the N-news. Is that kind of info appropriate for posting here or is this forum strictly for "Ford issue" material? Jeff
