  • Mine are missing, but there's a pair of originals on e-Bay. I am kind of suspicious that these are more Ferguson stuff being passed off as "Original" 9N & 2N.

    If you look really closely at the pictures the brackets are marked something like "DO 8866". I am sure that I don't have all the digits right because the brackets are rusty. The paint color (what's left)is gray - could be Ford or Ferguson. They are not just simple angle brackets but have a cast or forged in reinforce in the center.

    Before I go wasting money - can anybody identify as Ford or Ferguson?

  • Paladin...sounds like you're describing the stabilizer bar brackets, they bolt up under the axle using the fender bolts?

    You're right, any Ford bracket would have the "9N" prefix, but the castings are otherwise identical. If you can get'em at a good price only you'll know the difference. :-)
