Not sure if it will help but here are the answers in relation to my 1940 9N serial number *9N3598I* Fenders are single rib.
What is the difference between long and short manifold?
I have NO! battery box, but a good bungie cord.
Left arm is solid.
Radiator cap is black, there is no chrome under the paint.
Fuel valve was replaced but I still have the original I'll hunt it down.
Steering wheel is 3 spoke. h.t.h. Farmer Dan
