  • Double Rib Fenders
  • Were the double rib fenders used exactly to the end of the 1939 model year and not beyond? I own an 1940 9N11XXX from very early in the 1940 model year that is missing its fenders. Just wondering if it originally had double or single rib?

  • *9N38755* has single rib fenders. Monitor wents nuts and I can't see the number I just typed *9N38755*

  • I have a 9N with one single rib and one double rib. Impossible for me to tell which is the original and which is the replacement. But they are both available for sale. I'm sure you'd rather find a nice pair of fenders, but if you can't, I'd be happy to sell you one fender.

  • I saw a 9N serial# 127?? with double rib fenders and the fewest amount of rivets.

  • *9N3598I* has single rib fenders. They are about ready to fall off from rust so must be original. I believe that would put them into the mid 1940 area.
