  • Different lug nuts used on N's
  • The 9N-1012 front nut (use 11/16 wrench) was used from 1939 to 1944 and was cadmium plated.

The 2N-1012 nut (use 13/16 wrench) was released in 1944 and probably was cadmium plated until drawing was redrawn in 1963, where plating may have been upgraded to zinc plate.

The rear nut 8N-1134 was released in 1947 and no sign plating spec of 'cadmium or zinc plate' was ever changed up through 1957.
