  • You gentle people with the Ferguson machines might find a few others over here.
Try not to get lost. The way back to the light can be a long journey.

  • The folks at FENA, Ferguson Enthusiasts of North America are a great bunch of people and a great organization to be part of. They publish a news magazine 5 times a year similar to The N-News chock full of information, pictures, and stories about Ferguson Tractors. The Ford-Ferguson Story would not have happened without Harry Ferguson no matter how much of a shrewd businessman he was. One fact is certain, neither Ford nor Ferguson would have been able to make the story a reality on their own. The infamous handshake agreement, although in todays' litigious society would not hold up in court, was a great and beautiful thing for the world.

  • Fella,,,you must be doing "real well" to be spending a lot of time on this machine instead of on the wife's machine.Course if your out of steam this place is a swell place to be.You can still help others.I haven't been too far from the house because of trying to help the "boss".Had bad surgery end of last year and things are lingering on.Down today but can still supervise.I look out the window at my machines and say ,,,things will get better.Even in the storm,,the Son still shines.Again ,,hope your doing swell.OH,,it's swell the Ferguson fellas know where to come for "real help".GRIN

  • Well....I picked up that fire safe at 135 pounds and after doing so, remembered I had a 10 Lb weight limitation. Oops. That put me in bed with cold shakes for a few hours. It also has taken some time to get my strength back. Feel good, no deep charge on the batteries in this body. Went for a PICC line bandage change yesterday and it came out far enough that I get to go in today and have it removed. That means Chemo next week will be in the back of the hands. Thursday is a meeting with the Oncology dept head Doctor and I figure either I got the chief MD due to the typical good response of this tumor to Chemo and a fairly guaranteed success story and a feather in the cap of statistics for the Doctor, OR This Tumor being wrapped around the right kidney, up to the liver, going for the left kidney, cutting off the major vein going down to the legs and better than 8 hours on the table trying to chop it out without trying to shrink it....Might be a bit of a challenge.
Smart a** like me has some time to go before I kick it. The tumor has shrunk and another test should show either it can now be chopped on, or it is shrinking fast enough, (Pray to God) it does not need to be chopped on.
