  • Oil Filter
  • I have a new Fram PH 13 spin on oil filter will it work on my Jubilee? I know it will fit, but how is it different from a PH8A filter?

  • Wait, if you have a Jubilee, have the filters, know it will 'fit', yet want to know if different. Why are asking? If the thread sizes are right as Dave showed, and no reason to think they aren't, then you'd know if it didn't fit right. 3/4 is .75" and 13/16 is .8125" so the PH13 would be a larger thread size and thus couldn't spin on... so how did it fit? I'm not following your thinking. Why not just get the correct filter?

  • I asked the question because the filter was a left over from a car or truck I once had and I didn't go out on the web to check out the difference between the two. My tractor has the correct filter on it. Thanks for all the concern that I didn't try to install the wrong filter on my tractor.
