  • I have a 1997 Nissan pickup 5 speed for local driving, a 2004 Chevy Duramax 6-6, a 1997 Buick Park Avenue with less than 100k on it. Bought it 6 years ago when had 11k on it. My newest ride is a 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander. Never really liked Ford vehicles.

  • Spent a lot of my youth on our families dairy farm. First drove the 8N at around 10 yrs old. Moved up to the two Ford Super Majors at 12, then my grandfather and uncles bought a brand new Ford 5000 row crop when I was around 14.. Spent many days discing, dragging, raking hay, spreading manure on those machines. That was about it for my Fords. Owned several GM trucks and SUV's since then. Had a 2014 Ford Fusion for a couple years and loved it. Traded it in on 2017 Chevy Cruze and love the gas mileage. My 2007 Silverado 4X4 sits in the barn unless its snowing hard or if I need the truck to haul something. The misses drives a 2017 Honda CRV AWD that is a beast in the snow. No favorites here. Just drive what works for me.

  • Ford tractors are my favorite, but I have no intentions of ever owning a Ford vehicle. Drive a 1984 dodge d-100 custom and a 1999 Chevy zr2.

  • Bought my first Ford at age 15. A Model T
Have owned two Chevrolets: a pickup and a panel truck.
Have owned four Chrysler products:One Plymouth, Two Dodges, One Chrysler. Chrysler and one Dodge purchased new.
Almost too many Ford products to count. Nothing but Lincolns since the late 1970's.

OH! I forgot my Opel! 1968 purchased new. What a kick to drive!

  • Current pickup is a Ford F150.previous was a Ford F250. Prior to that was a '92 Chev 1/2 ton. The Chevy wasn't a positive experience for me.

My Dad worked at Fords at the Claycomo plant in Mo. for 30 years and when I got out of school I went to work at Fords. My Dad was my Relief man. No pressure there. I couldn't make dad look bad. But got laid off and went to Gm. My little Brother works at Fords and is close to retirement. And he only Buys Fords..

  • My father worked for Kaiser-Fraser until it folded and he went to Ford Motor Company. We had mostly Ford products but Chevy trucks, none were new when purchased.
I went to work at Ford Motor Company ("Fords") in 1965. We bought our first new car in 1968, a Mercury Montego, a fantastic car with the 302 V8! Later, my wife had a 1973 Ford Maverick.
I left Ford in 1973 to work 4 years in property management and then in 1977 I went to General Motors Hydra-Matic Transmission Division.
While working we bought GM products and still do today even though I owe no loyalty to GM (I was salaried) since I turned 65 (I'll be 75 this month). That said, we currently have a 2012 Impala direct injection V6 and a 2014 3/4 HD crewcab with the 6.6 Diesel and Allison 6 speed.
Baring any problem, my wife will continue to drive the Impala until the wheels fall off. I'm not so sure with the truck. It really is more truck than I need, 10000 GVWR, I know that I can pull anything that I can hitch behind.
