  • Roger Welsch
  • I just re-read, "Rogers Rules for Collecting old iron and living with your wife". I usually ad just one more, "Would you rather that I am in the Barn or a Bar?" It is only one letter different.

  • I heard that I could buy a new bike when I sold the 28 foot sail boat. I sold it last year. Now I hear I have to sell the big goose-neck trailer, which I am working on, PLUS, I have to get the cottage on the Island built. This could take forever.
I got to thinking, I need to assert myself here, and be a man. So I bought another bike. It is a 1965 Honda Trail 90. Cost me $100. Naturally it does not run, but it will. And everyone lived happy ever after. I hope.

  • If she makes you get rid of the Honda trail, feel free to send it over to Michigan, lol! I've been looking for one for a while but the right deal hasn't popped up yet.

  • Good running ones are fetching $2500 in some markets. The newer ones than mine, have some nicer features, but mine is an original design. Not sure which one is worth more. It is as if Honda built my model to see how it would fare. They sold lots of them. So they improved a few areas and sold lots more. The CT90 is one of the most successful bikes ever. Mine has just over 3600 miles on it.

  • I just suggested to the wife that I would like to buy the Ford backhoe from the kid across the street, I would use it to rip the old house down and fill in the foundation. Then when done, Sell it.
Crickets, That's all I hear is crickets !
