  • According to google "Throwing out", hence the wood chuck could possibly cut (gnaw) the wood and then throw it out. I guess....just to have something to know they don't have jobs or I guess just to stay busy....just my 2cs.

  • Actually Tim, that was a song recorded in an adult comedy album back in the 60's by Doug Clark & the Hot Nuts - "there once was a man from Nantucket whose ..... was so long, he could ..... it, he said with a grin as he wiped off his chin, if my ..... was a ....., I would ..... it!", etc., etc. etc. - not quite proper wording for a publicly viewed website if you get my drift.

  • A skunk sat on a stump.
The skunk thunk the stump stunk, but the stump thunk the skunk stunk.

  • When I was driving the passenger boats I had to call the Black Rock Lock on the Niagara River to let them know when we would be locking through.
Try saying Black RocK Lock three times in a row on the vhf.
I messed it up more times than I got it right, along with all the other captains.

  • Here are two that I USED to be able to say 3 times without a mistake:

    1. I slit a sheet, a sheet I slit. Upon the slitted sheet I sit. Come on, FAST.

    2. Toy boat, toy boat, toy boat. Also said FAST. It is not a Boyt.

  • A skunk sat on a stump,
The skunk thought the stump stunk,
the stump thought the skunk stunk.
Which one stunk, the skunk or the stump?
