  • Unfortunately Dave, yes I do also. I couldn't wait to arise on Saturday mornings and turn on the old upright RCA radio in the living room to listen to another of my favorites back then, "Big John and Sparky', and the radio series edition of the "Lone Ranger". Spent evenings back then listening to "Hopalong Cassidy", "Fibber McGee & Molly", "Intersanctum", and others popular at the time.

  • How about Sky King's good look'n niece Penny? Or the fact that when the original series began, he flew a twin engine Beechcraft (Twin Beech), and in the upgraded series, he flew a Cessna 310.

  • Yup, I'm old and enjoying it! We spent the last 2 evenings watching some video that we shot of the grandkids. Better than still photos.
Oh yes, I remember Edgar Bergen and company on the radio, before we got a television in 1951.
