  • Robotic Vacuums
  • Does anyone have knowledge and/or experience with robotic vacuums? The wife is 85 and vacuuming has become a chore. But I want to get one which does a good job for her.

    Information please!

    Thanks,

    Jack

  • OK
    Here ya go !
Bought this unit last year off Ebay, mine was refurbished. It works great, it has a docking station that charges the unit, you can program it to start everyday, when it gets done or the battery gets low it automatically goes back to its docking/charging station . It's pretty cool.
The down side don't leave cords, string, yarn or even a shoe lace in its path.
One bad story I heard- a child dropped a piece of cake on the floor, the vacuum hit it and pushed it all over the house smearing it into the carpet "Everywhere"

I had found videos on Youtube that were helpful.

  • Dave,

Would you please send me a email? Would like to carry on a discussion on the vacuums.

  • Thanks Dave#1

Sounds like you might be talking from personal experience on the shoe string!

The Eufy RoboVac 11 S is one I have been seriously considering.

  • In my research I've only found one which self-empties. The following shows you how.
