  • I don't golf anymore, my clubs were tossed in the Rouge River long ago at the Birmingham Country Club where I caddied. I don't follow it much anymore either, don't sit and watch it on TV for 4 hours at a time. I don't find chasing a little white ball around to be appealing, but to each his own. I'd rather be out in the woods chasing deer, elk, turkey, bear, pheasant, duck, et al or wading in a trout stream landing a 28" steelhead. That being said, kudos to Tiger for making both life and a golfing comeback.

  • I took it up late in life to fill the void between hunting seasons. I was in competitive archery for 30 years along with bow hunting but I neither do either any more, just gun hunt. It was easy for me to transform into golf from all the discipline I carried over from archery...same principles different equipment. Foot placement, hand pressure, follow through and a lot more.

  • Was a good day to be inside watching; wind howling and rain/snow blowing. Had a fire going in the stove. I didn't expect Tiger to win but was glad when he did.

  • Yes I agree, we are only about 2 hrs. from Augusta and got a little of that rain. I'm glad it cleared up. I know it's got to be miserable playing in the rain, I don't even like watching them play in it. A beautiful 74 degree blue bird day here today.

  • And we all have to admit that without any doubts whatsoever, the guy has had some mighty beautiful ladies in his life!

  • One guy bet big, 85K, and collected 1.2 million.
I had my doubts about a Tiger come back. Trumps any come back I might have. I lost control of the ball about 40 years ago.
