  • He eventually replaced that diffy housing with one from an 8N. That way he could use the 4 bolt pull point of an 8N swinging drawbar bracket.

  • That was the days of the Horse Rescue. Hard to believe how he hauled those giant round bales with Maude. Seems like a long time ago, but seems like it was not that long ago. Time is a weird thing these days.

  • I will be meeting Tim Daley in Battle Creek for the Dan Howe (Farmer Dan) visitation this afternoon. We both had frequent in person contact with Dan in the past. The day will be bright with mild temperatures.

  • I knew Dan was in ill and failing health but didn't know that he'd passed. Hopefully by now, he's joined his late wife in quite obviously a much better place than the rest of us are today with all that's going on. May he Rest In Eternal Peace!

  • Thank you for the obit link Jack.
Farmer Dan was as my granddad used to say "is a tall drink of water"...

  • Thank You Jack. Wish I could have known Dan in person. Had no idea he was so young. Rest in Peach Dan and prayers for his family.
