2 old cat dozers
I like this generation.
Here I am siting on 2 old Caterpillar model 22 crawlers, one with a winch, blade and a stuck engine. The other one has an engine that turns over.
Put them both up for sale for $2K for the pair.
Enough parts to make one machine run with parts remaining.
A few inquiries but no takers.
I guess this summer might find me out with a torch and scrapping them slowly. I picked them up, individually, a few years ago with a round 'tuit attitude. Then the wife said we needed a machine on a "NOW" basis and I picked up a D4d with electric start to get a few things done in conjunction with a timber harvest. Here sit the other machines and no one fixing up old equipment.
Think I might start parting and scrapping.
I advertised them on ACMOC with dismal response.
I suspect being on the lefty coast has a lot to do with it.
