Solar eclipse
We are supposed to get a good view of the eclipse here in Rochester, NY, but it is a a bit iffy on how well with clouds moving in. You can watch it from space with the NOAA satellite around 3:00 PM or earlier. I have attached a link.

Re: Solar eclipse
I enjoyed the roughly 11 degree temp drop under the full eclipse. Then the night birds started chirping. Nice to see you eastern people finally got an eclipse.

Re: Solar eclipse
That’s the best way to do it! I am northeast of the city about a mile from the lake. Hoping that the clouds clear out before the show.

Re: Solar eclipse
We watched for the clouds to clear and were able to get a nice view through the trees at 9pm, edt, from our deck. I got a quick shot with my phone and have shared it with friends. Definitely a pink moon.

Oops. Wrong thread. Still was nice, though.
