  • the imigration ban in shambles
  • Well it looks like the presidential honeymoon is over already. As President Trump will soon find out the deck is still stacked against him. Now that he can not appeal the Judge's ruling on blocking his ban on immigration blocked and refused to remove stay by court of appeals .It will be interesting to see when congress will back him up or set back and just enjoy their plush new jobs that came in on his promises to help America. No one seems to care about Sen. McCain's attempt to cause problems for the White House. I hope the writing is not on the wall that we are too far gone for any chance of recovery back to a great nation. I would the to think I am leaving my kids and grandkids in a country worse that what I came into.

  • There is film footage, likely you tube making the rounds. It shows Bill Clinton as Prez, and the Big Owe, as prez, talking to congress about blocking the borders, deporting illegal folk, taking jobs from US folk, the bad things illegals do, and so on.

They should be applauding what the Donald in Chief is doing, based on their own statements of not long ago. It used to be the US was a very difficult place to immigrate to. There were quotas for different countries.
If it was correct policy then, why is it not correct policy now?

My sponsor as part of entering the US legally in 1968, was Lord James Blairs. He died early in 016 and has a most interesting background.

  • There is no impediment to further litigation or appeals. All the 9th did was decline to issue an emergency stay of the District Court order. The court also instructed the two litigants to prepare full arguments on the merits which will be heard by the 9th in the near future. When the 9th renders a decison on the merits expect another appeal by the losing party.

  • Very interesting that the headlines in Reuters reads "'So-called judge' derided by Trump known for fairness, work with youth". Seems that this for some reason doesn't apply to Chucky Schumer, Pelosi, et al when commenting about a Supreme Court nominee, who is known for similar attributes and were supported by both of the above mentioned detractors.
