  • America’s Fox News Problem
  • Here's a couple of teasers for you.

"Fox News plays by rules very different from the rest of the media. They are not constrained by facts; make few attempts at being empirical or data-based; intellectually, they affiliate themselves not so much with a school of political thought as a specific political party. The rest of the media might be educated and urban and therefore be left of center on social issues, but that is an ideological bias, not a partisan one. Its almost as if “Fair and Balanced,” which Fox News used as a slogan, was purposefully sarcastic. To quote Jon Stewart when he appeared on Fox News with Chris Wallace, he described Fox as: “A biased organization, relentlessly promoting an ideological agenda under the rubric of being a news organization.” I don’t see a lot to disagree with in that."

"Perhaps most telling is that Fox News viewers are very often less informed than those who do not consume news at all."

  • So things have changed since July 2018, the date of the article?

It seems to be the reference of choice here.

  • Been hiding a rock long?
Fox news has been bought out. It belongs to Disney.See Micky mouse, Donald Duck, and others.
Try another news source and NOT the lame stream media.
I know, you believe NBC, CBS and the ABC. I like the manufactured news stories.
I still remember the exploding gas tanks on Chevy trucks that was reported. Then it was found out it was fabricated. What has changed?

Disney's three largest business segments are its TV business, its theme park business, and its feature film business. These segments include some of the best-known companies in the United States and around the world, including ABC, ESPN, Disneyland, Lucasfilm, and Marvel.

So your news of "Fox News" now being substandard is truly no news at all.
That is if your informed, which apparently you are not.

    Sorry 'bout your bad luck.
