  • The Gift That Keeps On Giving
  • Folks, it's hard to imagine a more helpful "face of the democrat party."

    Fun to watch.

  • Demos typically appear to be Sound bytes based on loose information thrown out until it sounds believable.
    "They were refugees". . . .
Ain't no one in the USA looking to take a census on the Central Americans.
They do not need to come up here to be counted.
    Stay home.
    Go home.
They can all be #1 by staying home.
For a lot of Demos, Jeff Foxworthy has a saying.
    "You can't fix. . . .

  • What, pray tell, does your response have to do with my OP?

Focus, Paul. Please try to stay on topic.

You may, of course, start new topics of your choice if you like. You are not excluded.

Hope you have a wonderful CHRISTMAS season.

Seems to work well around our White House and the Vatican. Why won't it work along our southern border?

  • Sorry, but Joseph, Mary and Jesus were not refugees. Calling them so displays a misunderstanding of the meaning of refugee, ignorance of history, or, in this case, probably, both.

Again, AO-C remains the gift that keeps on giving, and remains fun to watch, which, remains the topic of my OP.

  • Paul is a gift that keeps on giving as well. Jesus was not born in Egypt. He was born in Bethlehem where his parents had gone for a census. Their home was in Nazareth. O.C. is an idiot who, like a court jester will entertain us for a couple of years.

  • No, they were not refugees, either leaving from or returninig to the land of their birth.

Surely, you are not claiming that leaving, pick a state, e.g., CA, etc., and traveling to another state, e.g., TX, etc., for whatever reason, makes one a "refugee?"

Or are you??? I suppose one could make the argument that those fleeing CA to avoid out of control liberalism and the resulting out of control taxation, could be called refugees. That said, I'm confident that OC does not appreciate the distinction. Do you?

As routinely demonstrated, OC is an ignoramous, no doubt, not comprehending such things. Aa a result, she remains fun to watch.

Hopefully, she will continue to open her mouth.

  • Hey Dean, I think you are on to something. I would sure like to get away from California's politics, taxes and rampage liberalism. If I move to Wichita, maybe I claim refugee status and get some of those tax dollars back.

  • God , through an angle, told Joseph to get out of Herod's way. God didn't tell any other Jews to do the same. There seems to be a difference between one family and a caravan. Our heavenly Father took on human flesh. Call him a refuge if you like.

  • "Left one country to find safety in another."

    Yet again, Not true.

Further study of history is in order.

    This is fun, folks.

  • I've given you an enormous hint, yet you still aren't getting it. Nor, apparently, does the gift that gives on giving.

More study of history is in order.

  • You may, of course, "call a friend."

Of course, you should not bother calling AO-C because "the gift that keeps on giving" obviously hasn't a clue.

  • Not much of a Christmas truce happening here.
A big glaring difference for me, is that Matthew and others, wrote their messages a long time after the event. A sober second thought, as the senate has been described. Whereas what you are writing is political commentary as the events take place. And it would seem the comments are not based on the merits of the events, but some other system. Same with your comments on the current financial markets.
Let a bit of time pass before judging I would think. Or to put it another way, I do not expect the weather in 2019, will be the same as we experienced last week during a severe wind storm.

  • As I suspected. Your response is lacking in logic. No need to respond to this.
