  • Stonewall
  • Latest rumor is the house is going to stonewall the senate in shut down resolution.
Supposedly now the shut down so far has cost more than the fence would. ?

Politicking is generally a continuous discussion until the problem either resolves itself or goes away.

    Two wrongs is always better.

    Just keep sending the checks.

  • Walls/fences work, history shows that. It isn't about border security, it's all about being anti-Trump for the liberals. Remember most all liberals have brain damage from all those years smoking pot from high school to college days and being indoctrinated into socialist behavior. How obtuse can they be?

BTW, has anyone been compromised because of the government shutdown? The USPS is open for business, all the welfare cheats got their checks and food stamps, so where's the meltdown? The left keeps spewing out dribble that kaos will soon begin because this is part of their agenda -to instill fear in the public. When you got 'em by the balls, their minds and a$$holes will follow.

  • Patton's comment was made in the context of military perspective. We are not talking about that, we are talking about border security and controlling immigration. The vast majority of the immigrant population currently invading us are not military-trained and a wall/fence/electronic surveillance/pick one or all WILL be effective in helping control it.

Nice try to obfuscate, but it's an apples to oranges comparison.

  • Fmr Israeli mayor: In first year after wall was built, illegal entry into Israel was cut almost to nothing
    January 7, 2019

David Rubin, a former mayor in Israel, backed President Donald Trump’s repeated claims that walls work.

Rubin pointed to the effectiveness of walls used in his own country in a Fox News interview focused on the president’s argument that walls are effective around the globe.

“If you really want to find out how effective a wall is, just ask Israel – 99.9 percent effective,” Trump said last month from the White House.

“Well, if you want to understand whether walls work, Israel is a tremendous example,” Rubin, the author and former mayor of Shiloh, which is in the area known as the West Bank, said on “Fox & Friends” Sunday, noting the nation has had two different types of walls built.

  • Everyone knows that walls work incomprehensibly better than no walls.

Arguing otherwise is simple ignorance and/or irrationality.

  • If we can send $150 BILLION to the Iranians, we can afford $5B for the wall - it's a rounding error in our budget.

Walls work.....or why did Owebama build a 10 wall around the house he bought in DC? Why does the Vatican have a wall?

Do you leave your door unlocked at night? Why????? Nothing bad will happen if you do, right?

  • It's a $150B that could have been kept and directed at paying for the wall.

I have no problem with any President having a wall around their house.....or any other citizen for that matter. I have a major problem with hypocrites who live behind walls telling the rest of us that we don't need them.

The Vatican can now tear their wall down since the Pope says they are not Christian. Again the hypocrisy of one living behind a wall telling others that they don't need them.

  • Because the RINO globalists in our Congress also salivate over a dependent class of voters. Because the RINO "Never Trump'ers" in Congress would not support him and the majority of American voters who want border security and immigration control.

  • Maybe the same the dems supported it since 2006, but didn't build it. Then fought it when Trump was backing it. Two faced bas***** "illegitimate children" that they are.
