  • Floods
  • My wife and I were talking about the national news media, fake and otherwise, and how we have not seen or heard anything about the massive flooding affecting so many people. All we seem to get is a little local news and lots of fake news or Trump or 20+ Dems for Pres. or Iran or our southern boarder.

  • And yet I was able to search for "Midwest Flooding" on the internet and found several hundred news articles written in the past couple of weeks-many of them from the main stream media outlets. ABC, CBS, NBC, CNBC, even articles from the New York Times and Washington Post.

    Amazing, isn't it?

  • I'll try that. Unfortunetly, there are many people like my wife who have never, and won't, use a computer. I tell people that I can't remember where the on/off switch is located. LOL

  • You hit the nail square on the head John referring to the mess of 'em we here in the greater Houston area ended up with immediately after Katrina and even worse, they didn't return home. Another National item already taking headlines is the reviving of a HB (HB 40 I believe) sought by a local Houston Congressional Rep. trying to get the Fed's to pay out tax $$$$$$'s to all who say their great grand parents were once slaves - yeah, right!

  • My opinion??

Most people flooded now are Caucasian. Remember Katrina? There was plenty of flood coverage then.
