  • Banks Declare Coin Shirtage? WTF?
  • Just returned from the grocery store. Notice posted at all checkouts that due to the coin shortage, they only can accept credit or debit cards. Huh? How does that even compute? Then the store now demands a 50 cent surcharge for using a card. Huh? Why? Who runs the banks? Oh, that's right.

  • I showed this to my wife and told her to check our CC statements. We use a Meijer CC for all of our food at Meijer and gasoline (usually at Sams). We pay it off every month.
The other thing going on is trying to return empty cans and bottles. Limited allowance of quantity and often closed because they have too many already returned.
I don't have that problem with my Scotch bottles. Toss them into recycles. LOL
