I firmly believe Biden will not be on the ballot at the time of the election.

The Dems have a method in place to replace Biden on the ballot, after he gets the nomination at the convention.

The Dems who do not support Biden will happily vote for another Dem candidate.

Independents who would not vote for Biden may choose a Dem over Trump.
