This is known to the boat service community, as they must contain all the stuff coming from boat hulls. There are measuring devices on the downslope of many boat yards. One yard was going to be shut down. But first, the yard, moved the measuring devices to the top side of the yard, but downstream of a highway. The crap, copper in particular, was coming from the road, not the yard.

Folks already complain about the damage done to our highways by the weight of trucks, so let's add hundreds of more pounds via the batteries and do even more damage.

Folks already complain about carbon emissions from truck exhaust pipes, but we are now finding out that EV's contribute more air pollution because the additional weight from the batteries causes more tire wear that impacts air quality with the particles from the tires.

Folks already complain about how long it takes to get goods delivered, so let's extend that further by the time to recharge multiple times driving loads across the country.
