Talk about a DEI hire: Justice Jackson continually shows herself not the be the quality for a Supreme Court Justice.

Her rationale for her decisions is typically leftist rhetoric, not legal opinions based on law and the Constitution. And......she doesn't even know what a woman is. Jackson is the poster child for DEI-driven incompetence. People who obtain a title based on superficial characteristics, unfortunately, put an asterisk next to the name of any other minority person who achieves a high office or position of responsibility by virtue of actually earning it.

Sotomayor is reportedly having some health issues and suffers a lot of angst over her inability to shape things the way that she sees them. We may have a shot at replacing her before Trump leaves office.

The dem powers that be will keep Sotomayor breathing until Trump is gone by whatever means necessary.

Agreed, and this was readily apparent long before ole joe's handlers nominated her to the US S Ct, but she checked the right boxes at the time so we are stuck with her indefinitely.

That said, Sotomayor is every bit as racist as is Jackson.
