Regardless of the good that Trump has done and is trying to do for our country, he is simply out of control at times.

Existing treaties allow the US to use Greenland for defensive purposes.

There is no need to "acquire" Greenland for defensive purposes, at least not at this time.

Acquiring Greenland would cost US taxpayers enormous amounts to support the 57K mostly non-productive inhabitants, even after the enormous acquisition costs.

Furthermore, if Greenland was "acquired," the demos would quickly make it a state with one perpetual demo representative and two perpetual demo senators as soon as they again gain control of the government, which will likely be soon.

This is a fool's errand.

He is still at it. I wish someone could talk to him about this mistake. But our politicians are unreachable by us common folk - - except maybe at the ballot box. I wish Trump success, but he is blowing it on Greenland.

My greatest fear is that foreign powers (both allies and enemies) will work successfully behind the scenes with both demos and Republicans (remember, most Republicans hate Trump almost as much as do demos) to build a coalition that will be able to remove Trump, either by impeachment or 25th Amendment action. This, of course, will enable the "New US Order" to undo just about everything that Trump has been able to do for the American People. Trump is giving such actors enormous ammunition to do just this.
