Fox missed a key point here - When Sleepy Joe drew down on our oil reserves to get gas prices down before the election, and then did not refill them promptly, the salt (yes, the oil is stored in salt mines) has eroded and it will cost taxpayers about $100 million to get the storage mines restored to where they cans safely store oil again.

Imagine that.

The man is a dirt bag and is getting worse over time.

Why doesn't he push for a temporary halt to federal and state fuel taxes? Probably a bad idea as people would wake up to how much they are getting fleeced to maintain roads and other infrastructure that never seems to be overhauled in a timely fashion.
