One reason we are seeing so many liberal crazy judges and prosecutors is the American Bar Association's woke influence on law schools. ABA accreditation has been very important for law schools over the years. Apparently to get that accreditation, the ABA requires the schools to promote and teach DEI. Accordingly, the law schools, especially those considered "elite", graduate many idiots who are stupid enough to buy that garbage, and they end up as the over-the-top woke liberals on the bench and in prosecution offices who disregard the law and common sense to promote the woke DEI agenda. I was a member of the ABA for about 15 minutes, until I figured out they were a political organization trying to undercut the Reagan administration.

Recently, I read somewhere that the Trump administration has eliminated ABA "approval" from consideration before nomination of federal judges. Never should have been considered previously as the ABA is a hard-core, liberal organization that is in the pocket of the plaintiff's bar.

I went to University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. I checked their website and UOP brags about its DEI emphasis. Nuts! I will send them a note reminding them how offensive that is the next time I get a fundraising letter- - not that I have ever sent in a contribution.
