No surprises here. The language of the 14th Amendment re birthright citizenship is too broad. Thomas' dissent talks about intent but again, the language says what it says. I agree with Kavanaugh that legislation could possibly fix this problem. In the meantime, the Administration needs to keep a close reign on who gets to visit the USA, legally and illegally. If they can't get in, they can't have babies here. Re the no trannys in women's sports, it is a no brainer except to the liberal justices who seem to have forgotten the progress women have made in business and sports and politics. I thought liberals were supposed to support feminism. Apparently, only when it suits their current political agenda.
