OT-Long finish mowers

Anyone know the quality, history, or parts availability for the Long brand? I'm looking at a used 72" 3-point finish mower, but one blade spindle won't hold the blade tight.

I was wondering if that brand was made by another maker still in business. It has 2 rear wheels, a front roller, & side discharge. The belt-drive system is flat to the deck.
