3 pt Ford spring tooth drag

I picked up a 6', 2 section Ford Spring tooth drag that was originally a 3pt hook up. It was converted to a std pull type and I want to get it working as a 3pt again. I could not find any model numbers ot even a tag. I could only barley make out the Ford logo. It is blue so it is probably a transition piece of equipment. Anybody got a model number or pics so I know what it may have looked like?
