Fasco loader cylinders

I bought a 1963 John Deere U1010 with a Faso model 1200 loader attached. The lift cylinders have just one hydraulic hose going into each one. When the bucket is raised past a certain point, hydraulic fliud comes out the wholes that are near the top of each cylinder. Does it need repacking or is this normal? I can't find any instructions or pictures of the workings of the lift clyinders. Are the pckings or seals available for this loader?
