Jeff is right its probibly right leaking past the piston. Click on manuals then click on loaders then click on cylinders there is a break down of a fasco 1200 loader cyl. I have a loader on a H farmall that does the same thing every once in a while I raise it to the topand a little oil squirts out.It dousn"t leak mutch but enough to make a mess.Good luck Cal
