CYLINDER REPAIR

The two front bucket cylinders on my Dearborn loader are in very bad shape. Pieces of a rubber seal are squeezing out from around the rod/cap and the rods are very coarse and rusted. I wish I could simply buy replacement cylinders but the cylinders have an integral mounting pin hole built into them that I don't think I can duplicate with a replacement cylinder. Where can I get information and materials on re-packing the cylinders myself AND replacing the chrome rod? I want to do the job myself as I REALLY got taken to the cleaners from a previous cylinder repair on the same tractor. All replies much appreciated.
