I work for the Illinois DOT - we take our cylinders to a reputable hydraulic rebuild/repair facility. There is a reason for this. You have to be able to both obtain the seals and also be able to weld chrome moly steel to the knuckle at the end ( the part that connects to your loader) This will require the use of both a lathe and replacement chrome rod stock. I have never seen that for sale anywhere. If the chrome rod is not badly nicked or pitted, it may be saved with super fine emery cloth and buffed. I say badly, but in reality, it does not take much to destroy the seals. Hope this helps. I am in the St Louis Mo metro area, lots of hyd shops here. Shop around - take the cylinder with you when talking to various hydraulic shops. This is an area of precision, not for a general machine shop as there are hydraulic specific issues to deal with.
