Hi Jeremy. We've got the owner's manual for it here in our Manuals section (see red menu bar). It will help you identify which components are missing. You may just want to wait for a better specimen. There are many out there that will fit your 9N. Your model had lift cylinders on the frame, but the bucket was trip-dump (no cylinder(s) to control it).
